June 12 PLA and PBAT Plant Dynamics Summary

The Anhui Fengyuan PLA plant is operating stably. The first-phase unit has an annual capacity of 30,000 tons and is running stably. The second-phase unit has an annual capacity of 70,000 tons and is running stably.

Zhejiang Haizheng Bio PLA plant is operating stably. The 10,000-ton/year PLA production facility is running stably, the 30,000-ton/year PLA facility is running stably, and the Hainuoer 20,000-ton/year PLA facility is running stably. For the Haichuangda fund-raising project, Phase I 75,000-ton/year PLA facility is under commissioning, and Phase II 75,000-ton/year PLA facility is scheduled for completion before December 2028.

The Zhuhai Jinfeng Biochemical PBAT facility is converting its 25,000 tons/year old unit to produce PBS, while the 35,000 tons/year old unit is starting up, along with one of the new 60,000 tons/year units. Another 60,000 tons/year new unit is also starting up.

(Hengli) Kanghui New Material’s PBAT unit, with a capacity of 33,000 tonnes/year and one production line, is shut down.

The Xinjiang Blue Mountain Tunhe PBAT plant has a capacity of 2*60,000 tons/year, with one line operational and the other line also operational; one line with a capacity of 8,000 tons/year is shut down.

Gansu Mogao PBAT, grade MG-901S, with a production capacity of 20,000 tons/year, 1 production line, and the facility is in operation.
