Qingzhou Zhihang Launches Globalization Strategy, Partners With Qualcomm, Establishes European Headquarters in Germany
On September 8th, QCraft showcased its NOA intelligent driving assistance and L4 autonomous driving solutions at the 2025 IAA MOBILITY in Germany, officially announcing the launch of its global strategy. The company has partnered with Qualcomm and will establish its European headquarters in Germany, marking QCraft's official entry into the European and global markets.
Reaching a partnership with Qualcomm to achieve global delivery of intelligent driving solutions by 2026.
After six years of development, QCraft has completed a closed-loop validation from technology R&D to large-scale mass production in China’s artificial intelligence and autonomous driving market—the fastest-growing market with the largest user base in the world. The company has established partnerships with several leading domestic automakers, with all mass production indicators ranking among the industry’s top tier. QCraft’s active safety testing mileage has exceeded 6 billion kilometers, and its AEB false activation rate is less than once every 400,000 kilometers (industry average: once every 100,000–150,000 kilometers). The mass production and installation of QCraft’s NOA solution is soon expected to surpass one million vehicles, making QCraft one of the few autonomous driving solution providers in the industry to achieve both NOA intelligent assisted driving and L4-level autonomous driving at scale.
Thanks to the mature technology and delivery capabilities proven through large-scale mass production, QCraft and Qualcomm will fully integrate their respective technological and ecosystem resource advantages based on Qualcomm.®The Snapdragon Ride™ platform is collaboratively customized to create a new generation of intelligent driver assistance systems based on the needs of European and global OEM customers, meeting the increasingly diverse intelligent demands of global car manufacturers. It is set to commence mass production and delivery in markets such as Europe, the United States, Japan, and South Korea in 2026.
Partnering with Qualcomm signifies that QCraft has become a company capable of adapting to three major autonomous driving chip platforms (NVIDIA, Horizon Robotics, and Qualcomm) and running intelligent assisted driving using the same technical architecture. With advanced AI technology and algorithm capabilities, QCraft can achieve extreme utilization of computing power, delivering a superior performance experience with "breakthrough computational efficiency" under the same computing power.
Establishing a European headquarters in Germany to become a trusted global partner.
To provide better localized services for European automotive clients and users, QCraft will establish its European headquarters in Germany in the fourth quarter of this year. The headquarters will be responsible for core functions including product technology research and development, safety, certification, testing, and operations. At the same time, local recruitment in Europe will be initiated to accelerate the compliance implementation and scenario adaptation of product solutions, continuously creating value for automotive clients and users.
QCraft will use its European headquarters as a hub to advance its global expansion, establishing a worldwide ecosystem of partnerships. It will build diverse cooperative relationships with European and global OEMs, industry chain partners, and industry organizations, forming a global innovation and service network covering North America, Europe, and Asia. QCraft is committed to delivering intelligent assisted driving solutions that fully comply with EU and the highest international standards, aiming to become a trusted global partner.
As a deep participant and promoter of global autonomous driving technology innovation, QCraft consistently adheres to the philosophy of "Safety First, Steady Progress," and insists on driving safety through innovation and defining intelligent driving development with safety. Based on the unified technical foundation of the "Autonomous Driving Super Factory," QCraft accelerates the rapid iteration of algorithms such as safe end-to-end models, VLA large models, and world models through efficient data-driven and AI large models. It provides different product solutions ranging from L2++ to L4 levels to meet various customer needs. In 2026, QCraft will launch the VLA large model based on reinforcement learning and world models, promoting the continuous evolution of autonomous driving technology.
Yu Qian, Co-founder and CEO of QCraft, stated: “The global automotive industry is at a critical juncture of intelligent transformation, and QCraft is also embracing significant opportunities for global development. Our globalization strategy is not only about bringing world-leading, mass-production-proven autonomous driving solutions overseas, but also about transforming the successful experience we have accumulated in China’s most competitive and rapidly developing market into fundamental capabilities to serve global automakers. Together, we aim to achieve breakthroughs in L2++ mass production and pioneer innovations in L3/L4, jointly building the smart mobility ecosystem of the future.”
