Pla and pbat materials, anhui jusheng 7,500-ton biodegradable project environmental impact assessment public notice
Recently, the Environmental Impact Report Form for Anhui Jusheng Biomaterials Co., Ltd.’s Project with an Annual Output of 5,000 Tons of Biodegradable Pellets and 2,500 Tons of Biodegradable Films and Products was accepted and publicized.

With a total investment of RMB 50 million, the project will lease Building No. 9 of the former Siweiyuan plant and Rooms 1–3 on the first floor of the office building from Bengbu Industry-City Integration Investment Co., Ltd. It will purchase equipment such as twin-screw extruders, drying dehumidifiers, mixers, film blowing machines, and bag-making machines. Upon completion, the project will have an annual production capacity of 5,000 tons of biodegradable pellets and 2,500 tons of biodegradable films and products. The proposed project includes principal works, auxiliary works, storage and transportation works, and environmental protection works.
The biodegradable granule products produced in this project are modified polylactic acid (PLA) granules (3,000 tons/year, of which 1,500 tons are for self-use and 1,500 tons are for external sale) and modified PBAT granules (2,000 tons/year, of which 1,000 tons are for self-use and 1,000 tons are for external sale).

Anhui Jusheng Biomaterials Co., Ltd. is a manufacturing enterprise located in Bengbu, Anhui. Its legal representative is Wang Yongjun, and its registered address is located at the factory area on the north side of No. 11 Road in Tongling Industrial Park, Xinmaqiao Town, Guzhen County, Bengbu City, Anhui Province, specifically the original Siweiyuan factory building, Building 9, and Rooms 1–3 on the first floor of the office building. This address was changed in March 2026.
