[PA6 Weekly Outlook] Expected PA6 Market Negotiations and Shipments This Week, Slightly Weak Arrangement

1. Focus Points

1 ） As of October 10: The situation between Israel and Palestine continues to ease, while ongoing U.S. tariff issues may still pose new risks, leading to a decline in international oil prices. NYMEX crude oil futures for the November contract fell by $2.61 to $58.90 per barrel, a decrease of 4.24%; ICE Brent crude futures for the December contract dropped by $2.49 to $62.73 per barrel, down 3.82%. China's INE crude oil futures for the 2511 contract fell by 2.5 to 466.2 yuan per barrel, with a night session drop of 21.2 to 445 yuan per barrel.

2 ） The settlement price for Sinopec's high-end caprolactam in September 2025 is 9,080 RMB/ton (liquid premium grade with six-month acceptance and self-pickup), which is a decrease of 250 RMB/ton compared to the settlement price in August.

3 Sinopec's pure benzene prices at refineries in East and South China have been reduced by 100 yuan/ton, now set at 5,900 yuan/ton, effective from September 4th.

Core logic: Raw material market consolidates at a low level, downstream mainly replenishes on a just-in-need basis when prices are low. The PA6 market is weakly consolidating.
