Mogao PBAT Production Begins, Henan Linmei 20,000 Tons Degradable Express Packaging Project Launched

Recently, the groundbreaking ceremony for the annual production of 20,000 tons of biodegradable express packaging bags project by Henan Linmei New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. was held grandly in the Economic and Technological Development Zone of Xiuwu County, Jiaozuo City, marking a new addition to the green transformation of the express packaging industry in Henan.

The project is located in Xiuwu County Economic and Technological Development Zone and obtained the Construction Project Planning Permit issued by the Xiuwu County Natural Resources Bureau on May 28, 2026. It mainly involves the construction of Workshop No. 1 for the “20,000 Tons per Year Biodegradable Express Bag Project.” The project is planned to produce 20,000 tons of biodegradable express packaging bags annually. Upon completion, it will provide green and environmentally friendly packaging solutions for the express delivery industry, is expected to significantly enhance Xiuwu County’s influence in the new materials industry, and inject new momentum for green growth into the local economy.

Henan Linmei New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. was established on February 4, 2026, with a registered capital of 8 million RMB. The legal representative is Guo Yaying, and the company is registered at the southwest corner of the intersection of Yuntai Avenue and Huafang Road in the Xiuwu County Economic and Technological Development Zone. The company's business scope is broad, covering new material technology promotion services, manufacturing and sales of bio-based materials, manufacturing and sales of plastic products, as well as research and development of bio-based material technology in various fields.
