Mech-I-Tronic has set aside a dedicated fund of 100 million euros (approximately $117 million) for corporate acquisitions and business expansion. Over the past two years, the company has completed six acquisitions, integrating 15 enterprises in the European and Chinese markets. Currently, the company's annual revenue is approximately 260 million euros (about $305 million), with over 1,400 employees globally, and its business services cover more than 50 countries and regions.
The company has set a development goal to achieve revenue exceeding €500 million (approximately $587 million) by 2028, and expanding into the North and South American markets is a key initiative to reach this target.

Apex Machine Co. primarily serves the medical and pharmaceutical industries, providing pre-processing, printing, quality inspection, and back-end automation equipment, along with integrated component conveying and complete packaging systems.
RK Ferramentaria specializes in the design and manufacturing of multi-cavity injection molds, excelling in rapid prototyping and thin-wall injection molding, providing precision mold tooling for the food packaging, foodservice, cosmetics, and pharmaceutical industries across South America.
Accelerate the global layout of high-end manufacturing
Marco Giovannini, Founder and Chairman of Mech-I-Tronic, stated, "Completing the acquisitions of Apex Machine and RK Ferramentaria will significantly strengthen our market presence in the Americas. The region holds exceptional strategic value, both in terms of its industrial base and its emerging markets and global customer resources."
Marco Giovannini added, "Through this acquisition, we are able to fill critical gaps in our core capabilities across the industrial chain and further accelerate the global expansion of our high-end manufacturing business. Given the current highly fragmented market landscape, we will continue to pursue targeted M&A and integration efforts to build a truly global industrial platform."
