3Troubleshooting Methods for Temperature Anomalies
● Confirm whether the installation positions of the heater and thermocouple are accurate.
Please tighten the terminals and plugs of the corresponding heaters and thermocouples.
● Measure the relevant components and replace defective parts. (Take the heater 220V-1450W as an example)

Use a multimeter set to AC mode to measure whether the three-phase voltage is around AC 200V.

Measure whether the solid-state relay drive voltage is DC24V and its conduction status.

Check if the fuse is blown.

Calculate the resistance based on the power marked on the heater, and measure it with a multimeter to see if it matches.
