It offers excellent scratch resistance and self-healing properties, making it suitable for the manufacturing of high-quality automotive interior and exterior components.

HP-RTM high-pressure resin transfer molding process.Rapidly curing resin is injected into fiber preforms under high pressure to produce complex structural parts with high fiber content and low porosity, widely used in high-performance lightweight components such as carbon wheel rims, leaf springs, and battery housings for electric vehicles.

● LFI long fiber injection molding process:After mixing long fiber reinforced materials with polyurethane resin, the mixture is directly injection molded to produce high-strength, lightweight components. These are suitable for automotive interiors, construction, and industrial applications, featuring efficient production, uniform fiber distribution, and excellent mechanical properties.
