Shandong Jingbo Polyolefin New Materials Co., Ltd. is a modern enterprise specializing in the production of high-end polyolefin new materials, and is part of the high-performance multifunctional new materials segment of Jingbo Holdings Group. Jingbo Polyolefin focuses on the domestic high-end materials sector while actively expanding into overseas markets. At present, the company has developed multiple high-end product series, including transparent polypropylene, impact-resistant copolymer polypropylene, CPP, polypropylene pipe materials, and special polypropylene foaming materials. Polypropylene products have already been exported to Southeast Asia, South Asia, Africa, and other regions. 01The competition in the end-user industry is becoming increasingly intense, which has also driven the competition level across the entire compounding and modification industry chain. In this context, how did the upstream petrochemical industry perform in the first half of 2025, and what are your expectations for the second half of the year?
The intense competition in the terminal industry is propagating upstream along the supply chain, putting compounding modification companies under dual pressure of "increased demand for customization and heightened cost sensitivity." As an upstream enterprise, we are restructuring the value chain through high-end product substitution to avoid price wars, cost reduction through supply chain collaboration, and the advancement of technical services.
Only through supply-side innovation can the entire industry chain truly transition from "cost-driven internal competition" to "value co-creation."

02Under the policy requirements of China’s “dual carbon” initiative and the EU’s carbon tariffs, polyolefins, as high-demand materials, are facing dual pressures of “high performance” and “green recycling.”
How is Jingbo positioned in this regard? What products has your company developed in this area? What advantages do these products have in terms of performance and cost?
The 2025 Government Work Report proposes to strengthen the recycling of waste materials and vigorously promote the use of recycled materials. It also aims to improve green consumption incentive mechanisms and promote the formation of green and low-carbon production and lifestyles. Kingfa Polyolefins focuses on the growing demand in the fields of recyclable and biodegradable plastics.
In 2024, together with our partners, we created China’s first closed-loop case of chemically recycled polypropylene, achieving primary recycling of polypropylene that meets safety and hygiene standards for food and medical applications, thus enabling high-value recycling of waste plastics.
In the future, Jingbo will continue to promote the globalization of chemical recycling products, reducing plastic waste pollution from the source and providing more low-carbon options for customers worldwide. We are redefining new production pathways for polyolefins through chemical recycling, achieving diversification in products such as chemically recycled transparent polypropylene and cast polypropylene, and creating green and sustainable solutions in areas like food packaging and stationery.

03The fields of new energy vehicles and low-altitude economy are developing rapidly. What new demands do you think this brings to polyolefin materials? What technological reserves and product preparations has your company made in response?
In 2024-2025, as national consumption stimulation policies take effect, the sales of new energy vehicles in the passenger car market are expected to surpass those of traditional fuel vehicles for the first time. The contradiction between the increasing energy consumption and range pressure resulting from advanced intelligent driving in new energy vehicles has heightened the demand for lightweight solutions. Jingbo Polyolefins is addressing this need with automotive lightweight product solutions using impact-resistant copolymer polypropylene and specialized polypropylene foaming materials. By integrating polypropylene foaming materials with impact-resistant copolymer polypropylene, they achieve dual-effect weight reduction. The gas-filled hollow foaming materials serve as a cushioning layer for automotive components, while the impact-resistant copolymer acts as the interior framework and support layer. This enables efficient integration of shock absorption, lightweight design, and high physical strength, helping automotive components achieve a high-quality lightweight solution and providing new opportunities for new energy vehicles.
04Recently, many downstream modified plastics companies have started building factories and commencing operations in Southeast Asia to cope with trade barriers. Does Kingfa Polyolefin have any plans to establish overseas production capacity?
Facing the overseas advantages of international giants, what advantages do you think Kingbo's polyolefins have in the overseas market? How can we balance localization and cost control?
In 2024, Jingbo achieved international expansion in the polyolefin sector, with its polypropylene product sales network covering 12 countries and regions, including Japan, Malaysia, India, Brazil, and Nigeria. In the future, Jingbo will remain steadfast in its international market strategy, incorporating green, low-carbon, and sustainable practices into its globalization strategy. The company will focus on chemically recycled polypropylene series products, aiming to enhance the international competitiveness of transparent polypropylene and cast polypropylene in fields such as food packaging and household goods.

05Nowadays, everyone is talking about digitalization and AI. What do you think upstream raw material production companies can do with digitalization and AI?
Jingbo is using digital transformation as an engine, aiming for the "15th Five-Year" high-quality development goal. By deeply integrating cutting-edge technologies such as AI, 5G, and big data, it is building a three-dimensional intelligent new scenario in the production front line with interconnected equipment, data interoperability, and scenario integration.
In the polypropylene packaging workshop, fully automated packaging and storage have been achieved, with intelligent packaging for precise segmentation, high-speed automatic inbound logistics, and information-based global scheduling for storage, ultimately leading to automatic loading. RGV shuttles and stackers automatically enter the automated warehouse, while the WMS (Warehouse Management System) intelligently manages the entire process, achieving full-process intelligent management of products and completely breaking the information silos and efficiency bottlenecks of traditional warehousing.
