Izhimi Showcases Advanced Technological Achievements at North American International Foundry and Die Casting Technology Exhibition
The global die casting industry event, the North American Die Casting Association (NADCA) Die Casting Congress & Tabletop, was grandly held at the Wisconsin Center in Milwaukee from October 7 to 9 local time.
At this grand event, Yizhimic (Booth No.: 219) showcased its advanced technological achievements and semi-solid magnesium alloy technology, demonstrating its vigorous innovative vitality and limitless development potential to the global die-casting industry.

Technical Display
At the Yizumi booth, a series of meticulously crafted products served as the centerpiece of the display, attracting the attention of numerous business visitors. Magnesium alloy structural parts such as automotive instrument panel beams and steering wheels, as well as aluminum alloy die-cast parts like battery case hangers and automotive B-pillars, were showcased. These products are lightweight and have complex structures, fully demonstrating Yizumi's achievements in the field of lightweight applications.
At the event, the staff of Yizhimai showcased their strong capabilities and brand advantages with a professional attitude and enthusiastic service, providing detailed introductions to the core performance and highlights of the MGⅡ•Plus series semi-solid magnesium alloy injection molding machines, LEAP series die casting machines, and HⅡ series die casting machines. These presentations attracted considerable attention and positive feedback from many peers in the die casting industry in North America.
The MGⅡ•Plus series semi-solid magnesium alloy injection molding machine is one of Yizumi's star products. With higher injection pressure and enhanced acceleration performance, it allows customers to easily manufacture more complex products to meet diverse production needs. Currently, Yizumi is continuously expanding in the field of semi-solid magnesium alloys, and its technological reserves now cover the full range of models from 400T to 10000T.
The LEAP series die-casting machines have been upgraded and optimized in injection systems, control systems, clamping systems, and energy-saving innovations. This high-end creation by Yizumi fully benchmarks against the world's top die-casting machine models. The machine is equipped with the independently developed Yi-Cast real-time closed-loop injection control technology, achieving injection performance on par with international standards and realizing higher OEE (Overall Equipment Efficiency) for the whole machine. Currently, Yizumi has completed the development of large and super-large LEAP series die-casting machines, with clamping forces ranging from 3800 kN to 90000 kN.
The HⅡ series die casting machine offers multiple value advantages. It is precise and stable, significantly improving casting accuracy and reducing pressure-building time. With HMI support for relevant data display, it ensures reliable production. In terms of efficiency and durability, the optimized mechanical joints and hydraulic drive design enhance efficiency and reduce energy consumption, while the integration of European and American technologies improves performance. Additionally, the user-friendly HMI design increases operational efficiency, and the strengthened rigidity of the whole machine along with the hydraulic design eliminates potential failure risks, making it a safe and reliable choice for die casting production.
Deeply cultivate the market
The American automotive industry is currently at a critical juncture of transformation. Driven by the "carbon neutrality" target, energy conservation and emission reduction have become mandatory indicators for the industry's development, and the demand for automotive lightweighting is becoming increasingly urgent.
In this context, magnesium alloy, as the lightest commercially available green metallic structural material, possesses good characteristics such as damping capacity, machinability, and recyclability, aligning with the concept of sustainable development. Therefore, magnesium alloy has become one of the key materials for research and application among many automobile manufacturers.
Yizumi, as a leading enterprise in the molding equipment industry, is leveraging its deep technological expertise, strong end-to-end research and production service capabilities, and accurate grasp of trends to lead the magnesium alloy industry in breaking through bottlenecks and moving towards large-scale, high-quality development.
In the future, Yizumi is focusing more on the vast potential of large magnesium alloy components in fields such as new energy vehicles and low-altitude aircraft, aiming to provide customers with more cost-effective molding solutions with its leading technology.
