Project Overview

Project Name: Annual Production of 200,000 Sets of Recycled Plastic Processed Automotive Parts and Other Plastic Products Project

Construction Unit: Fuyang Zhongfu Plastic Industry Technology Co., Ltd.

Construction Content: The project covers an area of approximately 20 mu (about 13,333 square meters) with a planned investment of 100.5 million yuan. It includes the construction of a new steel structure factory building and an office building. The project will involve the purchase of 6 crushers, 6 spiral washing and feeding machines, 6 washing tanks, 6 centrifugal dewatering machines, 6 plastic melting machines, and 6 sets of pelletizing machines, forming 6 crushing, washing, and pelletizing production lines. Additionally, the injection molding area will be equipped with 20 injection molding machines. Upon completion, the project will have an annual production capacity of 5,400 tons of recycled plastic pellets and 200,000 sets of automotive parts.

Total investment: 100.5 million yuan, of which environmental investment is about 1.25 million yuan, accounting for 1.24% of the total investment.

Product Plan and Scale

The raw materials for this project, including discarded fishing nets and fabric scraps, are mainly sourced from Zhejiang and Shandong, while plastic pieces, detergent bottles, and textile bags are sourced from the vicinity of Fuyang. Once the project is operational, if the waste fishing nets and fabric scraps acquired from Fuyang and Yingshang's surrounding areas meet the production requirements, additional materials may also be sourced from nearby regions. The plant produces automotive plastic parts through sorting, cleaning, wet crushing, granulation, and mold injection molding.

The project for processing recycled plastic into automotive parts does not have specific quality standards. The product quality standards primarily focus on the requirements for recycled plastic pellets produced during the project. A portion of the recycled plastic pellets (5400t/a) is sold externally, while the remaining recycled plastic pellets are used together with new materials and color masterbatches to produce automotive parts and other plastic products.
