When the foaming liquid is in circulation or flowing, the defoamer is consumed along with the circulation flow of the foaming liquid. In this case, by using the method of continuously dripping in the defoamer, the defoamer can effectively exert its defoaming effect. If supplemented with a metering pump, the addition amount can be effectively controlled, achieving the most economical use of the defoamer.

1. The emulsion needs to be thoroughly mixed before use. Uneven emulsion can easily lead to stratification, affecting the effectiveness of the defoamer.

2. Try to use a thickening agent for dilution. Silicone defoamers can be diluted when used, but the stability of the defoamer will rapidly decrease during dilution, possibly leading to stratification. Therefore, it is recommended to use a thickening agent for dilution. If using water for dilution, please add the water to the defoamer and stir slowly, and use it up on the same day.

3. Prevent frost. Silicone defoamers are sensitive to both frost and high temperatures, and can be easily damaged. If the defoamer has already frozen, it must be carefully thawed and tested before use.
