Full Chain Unblocked! Sinopec Cykel’s First Batch of High-Value PIR Modified Products Successfully Delivered
Recently, Xunke delivered its first batch of high-value modified post-industrial recycled plastic (PIR) products to downstream toy manufacturers, marking the official implementation of the company’s innovative business model of “resource recycling + commissioned processing + direct supply to end users,” and achieving full-chain integration of PIR resource-based, high-value utilization. The project adopts a physical recycling process of “crushing, magnetic separation, screening, and pelletizing” throughout the entire process, with a resource reutilization rate of up to 95%, and its core utilization efficiency is the industry average.

The successful delivery to the end customer marks a solid achievement by the company’s North China Business Division in deeply cultivating the circular economy industrial chain and executing precise, end-to-end project initiatives. On the raw material side, leveraging the Group’s industrial resource advantages, the team accurately connected with regional refining and chemical enterprises, secured high-quality PIR raw material resources, and established a stable and traceable raw material supply system, laying a solid foundation for stable project production. On the process side, addressing industry pain points such as the complex structure and significant performance fluctuations of PIR materials, the technical team worked on-site in close collaboration to tackle challenges. Focusing on the end customer’s stringent requirements for product environmental standards, color uniformity, and performance stability, the team customized a dedicated processing solution and strictly controlled quality details throughout the entire process, ensuring that the performance of the recycled products matched that of virgin plastics. On the service side, the team proactively engaged with customer needs, coordinated order scheduling and logistics delivery, and established a full-process tracking and control mechanism, successfully achieving 100% on-time, quality-assured delivery of the first batch of orders.
This successful integration of the “refining feedstock–high-value processing–end-use application” green industrial closed loop has provided a replicable model for the Company to further expand into high-end recycled plastics markets such as electronics and electrical appliances. Going forward, Xunke Company will continue to optimize recycling processes, enrich its portfolio of high-value products, and deepen its presence in the green circular economy sector, leveraging industrial green transformation to drive high-quality and sustainable corporate development.
