From "Intelligent Control" to "Flexible Production Line": Topstar Jointly Exhibits Dual Solutions to Address Smart Manufacturing Upgrade Challenges

From September 23 to 27, at the 25th China International Industry Fair, TuoSiDa, together with its ecological partners, showcased two major innovative solutions: the [TuoSiDa-ZhiWei Smart] ZhiQing Robot Control Solution and the [TuoSiDa- Phoenix] 4T Integrated Automation Flexible Intelligent Manufacturing Demonstration Line, providing new pathways for enterprises' intelligent upgrades.

Tuosda is committed to enabling robots to truly "understand craftsmanship and work" through artificial intelligence technology. On the technical level, Tuosda has built a complete technology chain that covers the entire process from simulation, data collection to deployment and inference. By connecting Tuosda robots to NVIDIA Isaac Sim for high-fidelity simulation, the success rate and accuracy of training embodied intelligent models for robots can be significantly improved, further enhancing their environmental perception and autonomous decision-making capabilities.

At the same time, Tuosda has partnered with Zhiwei Intelligent to create a highly intelligent embodied intelligent workstation based on the Zhiqing robot control solution, promoting the rapid deployment and stable application of robots in industrial scenarios.

Traditional manufacturing is facing three core challenges: complex cabling leading to insufficient production line flexibility, closed control systems causing collaboration difficulties, and rigid production lines struggling to respond to rapidly changing market demands. Tostar, together with partners like Kunpeng and Phoenix Contact, has jointly developed the "4T Integrated Automation Flexible Manufacturing Demonstration Line."

The solution uses the next-generation X5 intelligent robot control platform as the core execution unit, deeply integrating with the Kunpeng/Ascend computing power base, OpenEuler operating system, 5G-A network, and Phoenix Contact's virtualization PLC technology (vPLCnext).

This demonstration line is not only a technical showcase but also provides customers with a replicable model of a smart factory, proving that flexible production based on open standards has moved from concept to reality.

The prototype of the factory of the future has been presented at the Industrial Fair: flexible production lines, wireless connectivity, and intelligent decision-making. Topstar continuously creates practical value for manufacturing clients through implementable solutions.
