The production line achieves efficient composite co-extrusion of three-layer materials through the coordinated control of multiple extruders, resulting in efficient and stable pipe production.

This production line is suitable for producing PE pipes with specifications of Φ250-630mm, perfectly meeting the manufacturing needs for large-diameter pipes.

Equipped with a Decomor three-layer co-extrusion die head, it can accurately meet the high-speed extrusion requirements of pipes; the spiral flow channel is optimized to ensure precise and stable layering of the pipes.

The core part is equipped with a built-in cooling system that precisely controls the melt temperature, avoiding defects in the pipes caused by temperature fluctuations; the core die adopts a modular design, effectively improving the mold changing efficiency and enhancing production flexibility.

The double-chamber sizing uses a 2-meter + 10-meter structure, paired with a hydraulically driven box, which facilitates real-time observation of the initial state of pipe extrusion and effectively saves raw materials.

Stable vacuum operation, strong spray cooling, suitable for the high-speed extrusion needs of high-quality pipes.
