Chinaplas 2026 golden molding machinery factory exhibition collaboration successfully concludes
On April 21, the 38th China International Plastic & Rubber Industrial Exhibition · Chinaplas 2026 grandly opened at the Shanghai International Convention and Exhibition Center, with a total of 350,189 visitors, setting a new historical record.
Jinming Machinery showcased at Booth C26 in Hall 3, debuting a new format combining "cloud engagement during the exhibition + on-site factory visit on the 24th + live online sharing," integrating high-quality supply chain resources to jointly explore film processing and forming technologies and industry trends with both new and existing customers as well as industry peers, delivering comprehensive customized film solutions.
On April 24, JMM Machinery’s Factory Open Day and Equipment Demonstration Event concluded successfully. Centered on the “Film Technology 4.0 Pro,” this event focused on upgrading the circular packaging industry. The venue attracted numerous clients and leading raw material suppliers; demonstration equipment operated efficiently; and a live online broadcast ran concurrently, comprehensively showcasing the equipment’s core advantages and the brand’s strength. On-site equipment operates stably and performs exceptionally, demonstrating technical prowess with real-world data: The 2.5-meter-wide, five-layer coextrusion blow molding unit achieves a production rate of 700 kg/h, efficiently producing high-performance PE composite base films; the 3.2-meter-wide, five-layer coextrusion blow molding unit maintains a stable output of 1,150 kg/h, highlighting its high productivity and low energy consumption; and the heavy-duty packaging five-layer coextrusion blow molding unit delivers a production rate of 560 kg/h, effectively supporting FFS heavy-duty packaging film manufacturing. Thickness variation for all three units remains below 3%, exceeding industry standards.
At this demonstration, Jinming's 13-layer co-extrusion water-cooled unit made its debut, supporting more flexible formula design and overall cost optimization. The EVOH content can be as low as 3%, and the PA content can exceed 50%, setting a new standard for the industry.
To break geographical barriers and enable industry peers and potential customers who cannot attend in person to participate in real time, the event will feature a high-definition live stream across short-video platforms on the day of the event, achieving seamless integration and full-coverage synergy between online and offline participation. The live stream will run continuously throughout the event, showcasing captivating equipment demonstrations and delivering insightful professional explanations—offering an immersive experience of the entire event, all without requiring physical attendance.
Online participation continues to rise steadily, with comments and shares generating significant enthusiasm and fostering a vibrant interactive atmosphere, fully demonstrating the event’s exceptionally high level of attention. Through live streaming, potential customers were accurately targeted, effectively expanding the brand’s customer acquisition channels and accumulating high-quality resources to drive subsequent business conversion.
