Bole Intelligence Showcases at 2025 Zhongzhuo Technology Seminar (Dongguan Stop), Pioneering Lightweight Revolution with Magnesium Alloy Semi-Solid Technology
On August 23, 2025, the Zhongzhu Technology Seminar (Dongguan Session) grandly opened. As a high-end technical exchange event in the die-casting industry, BoLe Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd., an internationally leading enterprise in the research and development of magnesium alloy semi-solid equipment, was invited to participate. The company shared a keynote report titled "Magnesium Alloy Semi-Solid Injection Molding Technology," which detailed the principles, advantages, and application cases of this technology in various industrial fields, attracting widespread attention from attending experts and corporate representatives.
Technical exchange empowers and jointly promotes collaborative development in the industry.
Mr. Fu Min, Marketing Director of Bole Intelligent Magnesium Alloy, delivers a presentation report.
Bole Intelligence was invited to share "Magnesium Alloy Semi-Solid Injection Molding Technology" at the press conference, introducing the technology and its applications in large structural components such as automotive shock towers, engine lower blocks, motor housings, and subframes, which attracted widespread attention and heated discussion.
Focusing on Intelligent Manufacturing, Bole Intelligent Showcases Innovative Strength
Bole 4000T Ultra-Large Magnesium Alloy Semi-Solid Injection Molding Machine
Bole Intelligence has been deeply involved in the magnesium alloy forming field for many years, independently developing semi-solid magnesium alloy injection molding machines. They have successively launched 300-4000T magnesium alloy forming equipment and introduced it to the market. Bole adopts semi-solid thixotropic forming technology, utilizing the semi-molten state of magnesium alloy for injection molding. This process significantly reduces issues such as part shrinkage, air entrapment, corrosion, and reliability during forming, thereby achieving higher material utilization rates while reducing energy consumption.
The Bole ultra-large magnesium alloy semi-solid injection molding machine enables integrated production of lightweight, large-size magnesium alloy components. The advent of this new technology will strongly promote the lightweight goal of "replacing aluminum with magnesium" for parts such as the body, chassis, and power system of new energy vehicles.
Strategic Cooperation to Jointly Build a Magnesium Alloy Eco-Industrial Circle
The seminar covered a variety of topics, including die casting processes, mold design, and the application of new materials. Together with many participating companies, Bole Intelligent engaged in multiple rounds of interaction focusing on the challenges and opportunities currently facing the industry. The discussions explored how to further promote high-quality development of the die casting industry through technological collaboration and cooperation within the industrial chain.
In the future, Bole Intelligence will continue to increase investment in research and development, deepen cooperation with various partners, and continuously launch high-quality equipment and solutions that better meet market demands, helping the global die casting industry move towards a new stage of intelligence and green development.
