Aputron Launches Fiber-Reinforced High-Hardness 3D Printing TPU With Both Rigidity and Flexibility, Freeze Resistance, and Antibacterial Properties
On June 14, 2026, Aipuchuang launched a fiber-reinforced, high-hardness material for 3D printing.TPUseries.

Impact-resistant and drop-resistant, combining strength with flexibility.
EPRO’s fiber-reinforced high-hardness TPU series offers significantly higher strength and rigidity than conventional TPU 95A, making screw fastening easier; moreover, its toughness and elasticity also...
Excellent, impact- and drop-resistant, nailable, resistant to repeated bending, completely solves the problem of ABS stress cracking.
Its interlayer bonding strength far surpasses competing TPU for AMS materials and most rigid materials, greatly enhancing the durability of toy racing cars, drone accessories, robot dog housings, children’s soccer balls, and more under repeated stress or impact.

Wear-resistant and shock-absorbing, durable and long-lasting
Through fiber-reinforced modification and wear-resistance upgrades, Aipuchuang's high-hardness TPU series offers wear resistance far superior to ABS and super-tough PLA, features inherent shock-absorbing properties, and can double the service life of products.
Therefore, they are very suitable for printing sawdust collector hoods, locomotive fenders, tool handles, and other durable, wear-resistant fasteners, as well as customized shock-absorbing feet for electronic devices.

Freeze-resistant, antibacterial, and not easily hydrolyzed.
The AipuChuang fiber-reinforced high-hardness TPU series uses German 70D polyether TPU as its base material, and is therefore inherently hydrolysis-resistant and low-temperature resistant (remaining tough and resilient even at -40°C). It also comes with built-in antibacterial properties, addressing the shortcomings of ABS, which is prone to mold and has poor weather resistance, and solving the problem of low-temperature brittleness and cracking in ultra-tough PLA.
Highly suitable for scenarios requiring long-term use in low-temperature or wet environments and antimicrobial properties, such as refrigerator egg trays, pool fittings, kitchen draining tools, and flexible bar mats.

High-speed easy punching, wire drawing optimization
The Aipu Chuang fiber-reinforced high-hardness TPU series solves the printing problems of traditional TPU, allowing it to be printed with ordinary desktop FDM machines. Compared to ABS, it does not require an enclosed chamber or adhesive.
In addition, they can be perfectly supported with PLA, with no warping, no nozzle clogging, and minimal stringing. They are fully compatible with AMS/CFS multi-color systems, and the maximum volumetric speed can reach 20 mm³/s, greatly improving printing efficiency.
