Anhui Sanxuan, 20,000 Tons PBAT Fully Biodegradable Film Project

On May 22, the Environmental Impact Report Form for the 20,000-ton-per-year PBAT Fully Biodegradable Film Project of Anhui Sanli Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. was publicized for approval prior to review.

The project has a total investment of RMB 120 million and is located in Xuancheng Economic and Technological Development Zone (Xuancheng Undertaking Industrial Transfer Concentrated Demonstration Park). It will be constructed by leasing Plant No. 18 in the High-end Equipment Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park, covering an area of approximately 5,500 square meters with a total building area of about 5,500 square meters. The project will purchase production equipment including a three-layer co-extrusion film blowing machine, high-speed slitting machine, mixer, granulator, printing machine, baling machine, bag-making machine, air compressor, and other equipment, along with supporting power supply and distribution, water supply and drainage, and environmental protection facilities.

After completion, the project will have an annual production capacity of 20,000 tons of fully biodegradable plastic pellets, 30,000 tons of fully biodegradable plastic films, and 2 billion fully biodegradable plastic express bags (equivalent to 20,000 tons by weight).
