800KG Load! FANUC M-410/800F-32C Robot Redefines Heavy-Duty Palletizing Standards
In industries such as packaging and logistics, the automated handling and stacking of workpieces weighing hundreds of kilograms has been a challenging issue that needs to be addressed. In traditional production, these tasks often rely on manual handling or require workers to manually operate large equipment for transportation. This commonly results in heavy physical labor, insufficient precision in positioning, low flexibility, and difficulties in improving overall efficiency.
In response to the above industry challenges, FANUC's new high-load palletizing robot M-410/800F-32C has been launched.
The M-410/800F-32C can handle a carrying capacity of 800 kg and reach a radius of 3203 mm, with upgraded maximum load and top speed capabilities.
The M-410/800F-32C, specifically designed for palletizing and handling, features a compact base with a reduced height to enhance flexibility in the installation surface height. In addition, the robot’s main body cables are routed internally to prevent interference between the cables and peripheral equipment.
Product Highlights
Significant performance improvement: faster, stronger, broader.
Compared to the previous model, the load capacity has increased by 14%, the maximum speed of each axis has increased by 7%, and the range of motion has expanded by 32%.
More flexible layout installation
The height of the base of the J1 axis of the robot is reduced, making the structure more compact and providing greater flexibility for system layout.
Built-in cable anti-interference
Adopting an internal cable routing arm design effectively prevents cables from tangling or interfering with surrounding equipment.
Brand new streamlined appearance
The design has been comprehensively updated with extensive use of curved elements, presenting a softer and more fluid visual experience.
The high load capacity and compact design characteristics make the M-410/800F-32C highly suitable for applications such as palletizing, packaging, and handling heavy components. It can easily cope with various working conditions in production, contributing to increased productivity for users across different industries.
