On February 27, Neusoft Carrier (Stock Code: 300183) announced that its Board of Directors, at a meeting held on February 26, approved a proposal to permit its second-tier controlled subsidiary, Guangdong Hongqingrun Energy Storage Co., Ltd., to invest in and construct the Foshan Nanhai Demonstration Base of the National New Energy Storage Innovation Center (the Dan Gui Independent Energy Storage Project in Nanhai District), with a total dynamic project investment of RMB 453 million.

The announcement shows that the project is located in Dazhen Community, Dali Town, Nanhai District, Foshan City, Guangdong Province. It will construct a new 200MW/400MWh grid-side independent energy storage power station, along with other related ancillary facilities. The planned construction period is 6 months.

Neusoft Carrier stated that this investment aims to actively advance the implementation of the company’s dual-headquarters strategy and expand its energy storage business segment, thereby facilitating the application of related technologies and business layout.

The data shows that Dongnuo Carrier was established in June 1993 and successfully listed on the Growth Enterprise Market in February 2011. Since 1996, the company has been engaged in R&D of power line carrier communication (PLC), and its R&D investment ratio has consistently exceeded 10% annually.

Currently, Neusoft Smart Energy focuses on the entire industrial chain covering “chips, software (modules), terminals, systems, and information services,” establishing a “3+1” industrial layout based on intelligent manufacturing, with integrated circuit design as its origin and new energy and digital intelligence as its two complementary growth drivers, aiming to become a benchmark enterprise with core technologies in the AI+IoT era.

In the new energy sector, Neusoft Carrier actively responds to the national green energy development strategy, comprehensively deploying across the “source, grid, load, and storage” domains. The company offers a full range of products and integrated solutions covering: - Smart photovoltaics (e.g., intelligent PV monitoring and PV “observable, measurable, controllable, and adjustable” solutions); - Smart distribution (e.g., intelligent distribution terminals and intelligent distribution room solutions); - Smart electricity consumption (e.g., next-generation data acquisition terminals and smart electricity meters); - New energy storage (e.g., energy storage 3S systems—EMS, PCS, BMS—and commercial & industrial integrated energy storage systems); - Smart microgrids (e.g., microgrid controllers and energy routers); and - Integrated energy applications. The company’s independently developed storage-based virtual power plant leverages advanced intelligent energy storage dispatching technologies, cell-level monitoring systems, and an intelligent operation and service platform to achieve full-process optimized management of energy storage systems, effectively enhancing customers’ energy storage revenue.

In December 2025, Eastsoft Carrier stated during an institutional research visit that the company currently operates a 1.5 GWh lithium iron phosphate (LFP) energy storage PACK production line, and its integrated energy storage systems have been delivered and deployed in multiple provinces.

Moreover, Neusoft Smart Energy’s “Qingdao R&D + Southern Guangdong Manufacturing” dual-headquarters strategy has transitioned from a strategic concept to substantive implementation. The Greater Bay Area Intelligent Power Equipment Innovation Valley is now under construction. Technologies developed by the Qingdao headquarters in areas such as smart meters and energy storage will be scaled up for production at the Southern Guangdong headquarters. Teams from Qingdao and Southern Guangdong are jointly advancing related initiatives through dedicated task forces. The independent energy storage project marks the first initiative developed in Qingdao and industrialized in Southern Guangdong.
