Construction Site: Original Chemical Fiber Plant No. 1 (Old Plant Area), Longfu Environmental Energy Company, No. 718 Xingfu 1st Road, Yangxin County, Binzhou City, Shandong Province.
Project Overview: The project involves the construction of production workshops for polylactic acid (PLA), RPET recycled polyester chips, and RPET recycled polyester filament yarn, together with supporting production equipment and facilities as well as related public utilities. The project site is designated for industrial construction use. The land, production workshops, supporting warehouses, office buildings, and ancillary facilities such as roads, paved ground, and landscaping will be acquired through the purchase of an existing bank asset package. The production workshops and auxiliary buildings will be renovated and expanded from existing workshops, warehouses, and other structures, while the roads, landscaping, and related infrastructure will rely on the existing facilities within the plant area. The total investment of the project is RMB 135.00 million, including construction investment of RMB 118.3681 million, interest during the construction period of RMB 2.3625 million, and initial working capital of RMB 14.2694 million.
