美国正考虑实施新关税！独立于此前全球15%关税单独实施，涉塑料管道、工业化学品
据央视新闻，当地时间23日，美国媒体报道称美国政府正考虑以“国家安全”为由，对约六个行业加征新一轮关税。
知情人士称，拟议关税可能涵盖大型电池、铸铁及铁制配件、塑料管道、工业化学品以及电网和电信设备等行业。这些新关税将独立于近期宣布的全球15%关税措施单独实施。
报道称，相关措施将依据1962年贸易扩展法第232条款推出，该条款赋予总统在认定相关进口产品威胁国家安全时广泛加征关税的权力。

美国最高法院日前公布裁决，认定美国《国际紧急经济权力法》未授权总统大规模征收关税。此后，美国总统特朗普宣布将对来自所有国家和地区的商品加征15%的关税，令全球贸易不确定性再度上升。
当地时间2月23日，欧洲议会国际贸易委员会主席贝恩德·朗格表示，欧洲议会谈判团队决定暂停批准欧盟与美国贸易协议的相关工作。朗格在声明中表示，暂停将“直到欧美贸易关系恢复明确性、稳定性和法律确定性为止”。
欧洲议会指出，美国最高法院裁定特朗普关税非法后，美方已失去执行协议的关键法律工具，同时新的“全球进口关税”方案或导致对欧实际税率显著高于协议约定水平。
欧美于2025年7月达成贸易协议。欧盟需取消对美国产工业品的关税并为美国海产品和农产品提供优惠市场准入，以换取美国对大多数欧盟输美商品征收15%的关税。
