淄博新添阻燃新材料项目，占地71亩

6月22日，淄博1500万套医用防护阻燃新材料智慧工厂建设项目织造厂房建设工程规划许可证批前公布，项目由锦泰洋（山东）制造有限公司建设，位于周村区城北路街道新华大道10068号，丝绸路西侧、新华大道南侧。

项目用地为二类工业用地，规划总用地面积47452.80㎡（71.1792亩），实际征地面积40000㎡，计容建筑面积68354.77㎡，总建筑面积69808.63㎡，容积率1.71，建筑密度58.14%，绿地率10%，机动车停车位132个。

其中一期建筑面积13100.16㎡，拟建3层丙类二级织造厂房，远期建筑面积52802.47㎡。
