奥美凯推出适用于深色聚合物基材的激光打标母粒

针对需要永久、机读标识的塑料制品,混料加工商与产品研发人员现已可测评奥美凯全新系列激光打标母粒及改性专用料。
据该企业介绍,此系列产品可提升多种聚合物体系的激光打标效果,能在深色塑料基材上打出色彩辨识度高的标识,突破传统单色打标局限,丰富标识配色方案。
实现深色塑料高清打标
激光打标可直接在塑料内部形成高对比度、设备可识别的标识,能够减少标签、油墨及其他二次标识工序的使用。打标效果取决于塑料基体、颜料与助剂对特定激光波长及加工工艺的反应,因此需根据基材类型与使用场景选用适配的专用牌号。
该系列产品面向溯源、产品标识需求持续提升的行业,涵盖医疗健康、交通运输、建筑建材、电子电器及工业制造领域。奥美凯表示,该配方兼顾塑料适配性与激光响应特性,既能在深色塑料上实现高清刻印,又可保障成品色彩均匀、生产加工稳定。
