Sun Chemical to Showcase Latest Pigments and Color Solutions for Plastics at Plastindia 2026

From February 5-10, 2026, Sun Chemical will showcase its latest pigments and color solutions for the plastics industry at Plastindia in New Delhi, India.

Key Highlights

At this exhibition, Sun Chemical will highlight its premium near-infrared (NIR) management pigments, including organic and inorganic pigments developed specifically for solar thermal management, laser welding, and LiDAR applications.

A major highlight of the exhibition is the company's newly launched Spectrasense™ Black K 0089 FK pigment, which fully meets the stringent requirements of various technical applications. In addition, Sun Chemical will showcase its full range of spin finish colorants, providing solutions for polypropylene, polyester, and polyamide fibers. This includes products certified by OEKO-TEX® ECO PASSPORT, as well as new dedicated spin finish pigment models such as FASTOGEN® Pink K 4430 FP.

Attendees can also learn about Sun Chemical's colorant solutions for engineering plastics and high-temperature polymers, which are suitable for high-end applications such as electric vehicles – where precise and reliable color selection is crucial for product safety.

Digital innovation is also a key highlight of this exhibition. Sun Chemical will demonstrate its Pigment Finder tool on-site, which provides comprehensive product information including technical data sheets, carbon footprint reports, and compliance documents. Additionally, the company will launch its upgraded Pigment Viewer application, featuring a new section dedicated to plastic-specific products, assisting the industry in achieving digital color upgrade.

At the exhibition, Sun Chemical's Heliogen® pigment series will also be showcased. This series boasts excellent purity and outstanding performance, making it suitable for high-end sensitive applications such as food packaging and children's toys. It also offers low-warpage and no-warpage coloring solutions for high-density polyethylene injection molding.
