Summary of pla equipment activities on june 29

The Wuxi Nanda New Materials PLA facility has a capacity of 5,000 tons per year with one production line, currently idle. It specializes in the grades WN115 high-gloss pure fiber grade polylactic acid and WN116 injection molding grade polylactic acid.

Anhui Fengyuan’s PLA facilities are operating stably. The Phase I facility, with a production capacity of 30,000 tons/year, is running steadily. The Phase II facility, with a production capacity of 70,000 tons/year, is also running steadily.

Zhejiang Hisun Biomaterials’ PLA facilities are operating stably. The 10,000 tpa PLA plant is running steadily, the 30,000 tpa PLA plant is running steadily, and Hainuoer’s 20,000 tpa PLA plant is also running steadily. For Haichuangda’s fundraising investment project, Phase I of the 75,000 tpa PLA plant is ramping up production capacity, and Phase II of the 75,000 tpa PLA plant is scheduled for completion by December 2028.

Anhui Pulis PLA plant: The Phase I facility has a production capacity of 50,000 tons per year and is operating steadily at around 50% load. The Phase II facility is planned to have a production capacity of 300,000 tons per year, but mass production has not yet been achieved.

Jilin COFCO’s PLA unit has a capacity of 10,000 tons/year with one production line, and the unit is shut down.
