Styrene Announces Price Hikes For Polystyrene (PS), ABS, And SAN Resins In Europe
Specialized Plastics View has learned that specialty materials solutions provider Trinseo and its European affiliates recently announced a price increase for all grades of their polystyrene (PS), ABS, and SAN resin products. The price adjustment will take effect on October 1, 2026, or in accordance with existing contract terms. The specific price adjustments for each product are as follows:
STYRON™ polystyrene resin: price increased by 310 euros per ton;
MAGNUM™ ABS resin: price increased by 210 euros per ton;
TYRIL™ SAN Resin: Price increased by 230 EUR/ton.
