Planned Investment of 370 Million Yuan! Guizhou to Build an 880,000-Ton Calcium Carbonate Industry Chain Project

The project is invested by Zhong'an Haibo (Guizhou) Investment Development Co., Ltd. with an investment of 370 million yuan. It is located in Banpo Village, Sunjiaba Town, and Damianshan Village, Shaojiqiao Town, Sinan County, covering an area of 76 acres. The plan is to build production projects with an annual output of 480,000 tons of calcium oxide, 200,000 tons of calcium carbonate micro powder, 100,000 tons of nano calcium carbonate, and 100,000 tons of calcium hydroxide.

Sinan County is located in the western part of the Tongren area, in the heart of the Wuling Mountains. It is a typical karst landform plateau mountainous region, rich in stone resources. The stone material resources within Sinan County are abundant, with large reserves that are easy to mine, providing a solid resource foundation for the development of the calcium carbonate industry.

In recent years, in line with the provincial and municipal strategic plans of “Guizhou Stone Going Out of the Mountains” and “Guizhou Stone Connecting to the Yangtze River,” the county has relied on its abundant local stone and calcium carbonate resources, adapted measures to local conditions, and, with the Wujiang freight terminal in the stone industrial park as a key support, accelerated the development of the building materials and stone industry centered on calcium carbonate and related industries. It has promoted the stable and full-capacity production of activated calcium carbonate projects, actively planned the development of high-quality sand and gravel aggregates, calcium carbonate, fine calcium carbonate powder and other industries, extended the calcium carbonate industrial chain, unleashed the vitality of downstream calcium carbonate industries, and boosted high-quality local economic development.
