Net Profit Soars 73%: AI PCB Leader Invests Additional $460 Million

April 23Shen Nan Circuit announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Wuxi Shen Nan plans to invest in a high-speed, high-density, and high-layer electronic circuit products project in Xinxu District, Wuxi City.

The total investment in the project is approximately 4.6 billion yuan, with the funding sources being the company's own funds and self-raised funds. The construction period is planned to be about 12 months. This investment aims to seize the development opportunities of the industry, meet the market demand for high-end products, further expand production capacity, and consolidate and enhance the market share.

On the same day,Shen Nan Circuit released its first-quarter 2026 financial report. The company achieved a revenue of 6.596 billion yuan in the first quarter, an increase of 37.90% year-over-year; the net profit attributable to shareholders was 850 million yuan, an increase of 73.01% year-over-year. The change in performance was mainly due to the increase in business orders.

Previously, Shenzhen South Circuit’s latest annual report showed that, driven by three growth opportunities—AI computing power upgrades, rising demand for memory products, and the electrification and intelligentization of automobiles—the Company achieved a total operating revenue of RMB 23.647 billion, an increase of 32.05% year-on-year; net profit attributable to shareholders amounted to RMB 3.276 billion, up 74.47% year-on-year; and basic earnings per share reached RMB 4.91. Specifically, the printed circuit board (PCB) business generated RMB 14.359 billion in main business revenue, an increase of 36.84% year-on-year, accounting for 60.73% of the Company’s total operating revenue; its gross margin stood at 35.53%, up 3.91 percentage points year-on-year.
