In terms of equipment upgrades, the global debut of MA5/Ultra, the home appliance multi-cavity insert solution, has demonstrated stable output under complex processes; JU5500V showcased a micro-foaming engine cover solution, focusing on the long-term reliability of large structural components; the integrated drone solution, a collaborative effort between Zhafir and Nissei, working in conjunction with industrial robots, fully presents the entire process from propeller molding, propeller clamp molding to automatic assembly.

These device solutions operated stably at the exhibition site, withstanding the most discerning eyes of professional audiences, helping clients to cope with various complex scenarios.

At the digital advancement level, the debut of X-Injection Cloud marks the starting point for transforming Haitian’s decades-long process expertise into AI capabilities. From generating first-mold parameters in seconds, to issuing real-time alerts for batch-related risks, and further to codifying veteran technicians’ know-how into reusable AI models, it empowers the industry’s shift from “experience-driven” to “AI-driven” manufacturing. Currently, X-Injection Cloud has been deployed at multiple leading enterprises, significantly enhancing customers’ production capabilities with real-world data—equipping injection molding workshops with an intelligent, self-learning “brain.”

At the ecological upgrading level, the exhibition showcased Haitian SmartLink’s system integration capabilities and Haitian Education’s talent development system. Haitian SmartLink’s “Injection Molding Island” enables seamless coordination from standalone machines to full production lines, while Haitian Education’s proprietary “Blue-Gold Collar” talent cultivation model helps clients establish a sustainable, high-skilled talent supply chain—jointly forming a complete closed loop of “equipment + system + talent.”
