The company primarily engages in the processing of precision parts, the design, research, and development, as well as production of non-standard automation equipment. The company has its own independent machining center, equipped with over 30 sets of precision machining equipment, including CNC lathes, milling machines, grinding machines, wire cutting machines, and CNC machines. Additionally, it boasts a professional team of more than 40 designers and senior technicians. Since early 2008, the company has focused on the research and development, launching fully automatic winding machines, which include single-axis and six-axis models. These machines are mainly applicable to products such as electronic anti-counterfeiting labels, ID, IC, and various magnetic induction cards, mobile phone speakers, receivers, computer speakers, earpieces, headphones, and microphones. These products span across multiple industries including electronics, machinery, medicine, and automotive. To meet market demand, at the beginning of 2010, the company independently researched, designed, and manufactured a fully automatic alpha winding machine, primarily for wireless charging receiver and transmitter coils.
