Zenplanto s.r.o.

Zenplanto was founded in 2022. We focus on the healthcare sector, specifically on the production of cannabis-related goods and services. The project is co-founded and majority owned by eMan Innovations, an investment fund backed by eMan. eMan is a leading Czech software supplier, and its shares have been publicly traded on the PX Start market of the Prague Stock Exchange since 2020. Our medical cannabis cultivation facility is located in the Czech Republic, 30 km from the capital city of Prague. Zenplanto is licensed to cultivate cannabis plants for medicinal use (license issued by the State Institute for Drug Control (SUKL) on 9 May 2023 under sukl111849/2023). We also hold a GMP – Good Manufacturing Practice certification (issued by SUKL on 13 November 2023 under sukls205456/2023). In addition to the production of medical cannabis, Zenplanto produces its own line of CBD-containing products (dietary supplements, cosmetics, veterinary products). The production of CBD products is carried out in the USA.
