Our snacks were born out of a real issue: bad snacking habits at work. Our team realized that we pay WAY more attention to what we eat at lunch and dinner than what we put in our mouth between meals, especially while working. We even try to work out regularly. But those salads and squats weren’t paying off. We realized that we are nowhere near as thoughtful about what we stuff in our mouths while sitting behind a desk all day long. We also realized that while the ideal snack is something fresh out of the fridge, that’s not always possible, and that there are very few light (under 150 calories), legitimately healthy (high-protein and low-sugar) snacks available out there. Those that are almost always turn up as bars. So … we set out to create something better: a perfectly light, legitimately healthy, UN-bar. We wanted to create something lighter than a 250-calorie protein bar, healthier than those sugar-filled granola bars, and more filling than boring 100-calorie packs. At the same time, we needed to create something to satisfy our sweet tooth; something equally as indulgent as those unhealthy treats we know we shouldn't have, but without the guilt. Out of this exploration came our delicious 130-calorie healthy snack packs that are high-protein, low-sugar, gluten-free, and non-GMO.
