Dalian Yousheng Auto Parts Co., Ltd. is jointly established by Unipres (China) Investment Co., Ltd., Xiangyang Dongsheng Machinery Co., Ltd., and Xiangyang Jisheng Machinery Co., Ltd. The company is a Sino-foreign joint venture with a registered capital of 50 million RMB, mainly engaged in the stamping, welding, and the design and manufacturing of corresponding molds and fixtures for automotive parts. The company is located in the Dongfeng Nissan Parts Industrial Park, which is in the starting area of Dalian's Automotive Industry Development Zone. It covers an area of 98,000 square meters, with a total investment of 305 million RMB, to be completed in three phases. After all three phases are completed and all series of products are mass-produced, the annual output value can reach 800 million RMB. The first phase has a construction area of about 20,000 square meters, mainly focusing on the welding of automotive parts, with a total workforce of around 300 people, and was expected to start production in March 2015. The established Dalian Yousheng Company will primarily serve the first phase of the 150,000-vehicle project of Dongfeng Nissan in Dalian. With the completion of Dongfeng Nissan's total production capacity of 300,000 vehicles, Dalian Yousheng will closely follow Dongfeng Nissan's steps, building a complete process chain from incoming materials, stamping, welding to shipping, to better serve the main plant.
