Over the past 10 years, we have been dedicated to the production and processing of blow molding, injection molding, and casting molds. In the continuous improvement process, we have grown and expanded. Our current staff includes: 8 designers and programmers, 3 salespeople, 18 equipment operators, 16 fitters, and 3 logistics personnel. Our existing equipment consists of: 7 machining centers (traveling distance 1800x900), 5 wire EDM machines, 3 CNC spark erosion machines, 2 CNC lathes, 1 punch press, 2 milling machines, and 8 drilling machines. For trial molding, we have an injection molding machine with capacities of 500 tons and 250 tons. Our mold products mainly include: injection molds, blow molds, casting molds, development and manufacturing of various plastic product molds, and custom mold processing based on customer drawings, as well as the production of various fixtures according to customer requirements.
