WakePro - Manufacturer of Wakeparks

Everything started 17 years ago when the company Techramps was founded out of passion for extreme sports. Thanks to them, in the next 8 years, another 10 brands related to the extreme sports scene emerged. Wakepro is one such brand. We are proud that we co-founded Wakepro - a company where people are the greatest asset. When you enter our headquarters, you immediately feel the atmosphere. Designers and dealers are active riders. Production and assembly staff can also be found at the wakepark after work. Although the company we belong to is already quite large, we still form a well-coordinated team. The Techramps group has been functioning for 15 years and already employs over 60 people. We specialize in designing and producing 21st-century sports facilities. Under the Wakepro brand, we have already produced over 300 obstacles for around 50 wakeparks. We always start our collaboration with customers with a conversation to understand their needs and possibilities. We have extensive experience and use it to provide the best advice and choose the perfect solution. Therefore, we are open to unconventional solutions, individual projects that ideally fit the vision and conditions of the given wakepark. Thanks to our design office SLO Concept, we have not only the opportunity to deliver obstacles but also to design the entire facility with extensive and varied infrastructure. We constantly consult our projects and create them with active riders, often with top riders from Poland and around the world. Together, we develop ideas and improvements that make our obstacles the best in the world. This gives us even more motivation. At Wakepro, we begin work with consultation. The quality we achieve would not be possible without a comprehensive approach to the process. Then the customer receives visualizations of obstacles so that they can see exactly what they are ordering. At this stage, all precise technical calculations are carried out, ensuring that the facility is safe and comfortable to operate. Thanks to advanced design modeling, all obstacle parameters such as angles, draft, and stability are accurately the same on paper and in water. This stage also considers the forces acting on the obstacle and its elements to balance them, ensuring our products have a long lifespan. The accepted project goes to our CAD designer team, which prepares the files for production. The results of this work reach our machinery park, where we have advanced CNC milling machines, among others. Finished elements are welded with attention to detail. After the production process is completed, the obstacles are taken over by our assemblers. They precisely place and test the obstacles on the wakepark track, thus completing the entire process. From concept to ready-to-use obstacles, every detail is crafted by our team. We want to be innovative and further develop the industry. And now we are still searching. We do not want to stop. We are not afraid to try and still have the energy to learn new things. We learn from each other, from our friends who win medals at the biggest wakeboard competitions, and also from our customers for whom wakeboarding is a way of life. We believe that most things can be achieved through cooperation and passion. These are the slogans that have guided the entire group. You will soon hear about the next brand of the Techramps group.
