Course adapted with Activator sticks from Urban Poling, for people with reduced mobility generally caused by arthritis, osteoporosis, Parkinson's, cancer and many other diseases. Course on the technique of Nordic walking with the aim of keeping in shape, strengthening different muscles of the body and thus maintaining health and well-being. COACH CERTIFICATION COURSE Certification course for Nordic walking given by a specialized NCCP3 level trainer.
