Our range of services leaves nothing to be desired and covers the following areas:\n\nPackaging: Vario-Pack delivers your products ready for sale at your request. Starting from the attachment of the respective adapter directly to the can, through the application of stickers or other sales-promoting aids, to the packing and stocking of display boxes, we meet our customers' individual design wishes.\n\nFilling: Vario-Pack offers the following options on various filling lines: two-chamber system with aluminum bag (also can-in-can), two-chamber system with laminate film bag (Pageris; EP; Lindal etc.), two-chamber system with plastic inner bag (presspack).\n\nLabeling: Vario-Pack has four different labelers, two of which are used for so-called "wet glue labels". Additionally, there are two machines available that allow for labeling with "self-adhesive labels" in both paper and film versions.\n\nSample Filling: To achieve maximum functionality, an optimal combination of valve, adapter, and active ingredient is necessary. Extensive sampling is required to subject the overall product to a realistic application test.\n\nShipping & Logistics: Reliable partners in transportation ensure that the goods reach their destination reliably, on time, and undamaged. Often the ordered goods leave our premises on the same day of completion.\n\nVario-Pack - a company introduces itself: Since over 30 years, in 1992 Vario-Pack Sprühsysteme GmbH was founded. Initially, the company dealt with the filling of liquid and slightly viscous active ingredients into spray cans and non-pressurized pump sprayers.
