Van Der Spek is a well-established name in the sale and rental of machines for a variety of applications. Just think of high-rise building, civil engineering, road construction, recycling, industrial and port-handling operations. Our company started in 1961 as a small distributor of tower cranes in the heart of Brussels. Over the year we have grown to be a leading and pioneering distributor of machines operating all across Belgium and beyond. NV Van Der Spek was established on 27 April 1961. Our company started off distributing tower cranes to the Belgian market. The office in the heart of Brussels however soon became too small and was replaced by a more suitable location in Overijse, which included a workshop and storage space. In 1976 we found a new home in the Industrial Area of Ternat, near the E40 motorway and at only a few minutes’ distance from the motorway interchange in Groot-Bijgaarden. We moved into the premises – which comprised offices, a warehouse and workshops – in May 1977. The machine fleet was expanded with mobile cranes, fast-erecting tower cranes, concrete mixers and concrete plants. In 1990 we relocated to our current address where we have approximately 5 ha of grounds, modern technical installations and plenty of storage space at our disposal. Today we offer a wide range of machines to suit the most diverse applications. Our unparalleled service makes us the perfect partner for companies who need machines they can rely on.
