Typical Trendz

I'm Haley Grimes, CEO, owner, and one-woman-show behind Typical Trendz! As a Licensed Associate Clinical Counselor working towards her professional license, I feel privileged to be able to work with clients and connect with others about something so important. I believe our mental health should always be a priority to each of us, and that talking about it can help each other realize we aren't alone in our struggles. I'm incredibly thankful for the best family and friends, and for the opportunities I have been given so far in my life. Through my coaching, podcast episodes, blog posts, and social media presence, I hope to continue to show how being kind can truly make the world a better place, and how important conversations around mental health are.
