Resource Center for Pet Professionals Wholesale Minimum Order & Full-Case Requirements Effective January 1, 2023 With increased freight costs on small parcel shipments, Cosmos must take steps to be more cost-effective while continuing to serve our wholesale customers. To this end, the following changes are effective January 1, 2023: - The minimum order amount for wholesale orders increases to $300. - Orders meeting/exceeding the $300 minimum will receive free shipping. - Orders that do not meet the minimum order requirement will no longer be processed by Cosmos. - Products may be purchased in full-case quantities only. If you are unable to meet Cosmos minimum order and full-case requirements effective January 1, 2023, please call 800-542-7387 (Option 1) or email sales@cosmoscorp.com. Our Sales representatives can connect you with one of our regional/national distribution partners who can offer lower minimum orders and quantities.
