The Van Dyke Press is committed to safe, responsible food packaging practices. We employ a documented food safety program throughout our facility with BSI HACCP and GMP accreditation. All of our substrates and inks are food safe, low migration and comply with the European Packaging Ink Association (EUPIA) requirements. In 1990, Van Dyke Press introduced In-Mould Labels (IML) to the Australian market. Over the past 25 years, we have supplied all of the major plastics moulders in Australia and New Zealand with their In-Mould Label requirements for both injection and blow moulded products. Our market covers major brands in dairy, desserts, dips, ice cream, cleaning products, laundry products, motor oil, paint and industrial. In early 2015 we installed the latest Heidelberg XL 106 IML printing press. This investment ensures World class IML label quality and significant extra capacity. The machine is configured with 7 colours plus coater and interdeck UV drying. We have installed an 8-colour OMET flexographic press for the manufacture of heat sealable lidding. We supply aluminium and PET lids as either die cut or reel fed lidding to major dairy, desserts and dip customers in Australia, New Zealand and across the Pacific.
