Committed to Asia Pacific growth To enhance our developing strategy in the Asian-Pacific region, we re-named and re-directed our TER Hong Kong office into TER Asia Pacific in 2019. Our updated approach aims to structure regional headquarters with the clear focus, authority and directive for specific regions of interest to our company. Originally founded in 1984, TER Asia Pacific Limited will remain on Hong Kong and the business focus lies within countries such as (but not limited to) Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, Indonesia, Japan, S. Korea etc. TER Shanghai Limited (founded in 2017), on the other hand, predominantly aims at business endeavors within mainland China. While TER Shanghai is the first official subsidiary of this regional “hub”, this will certainly not be the last as we aim to broaden our presence in strategically relevant countries and regions throughout Asia Pacific over the coming years. Our offices in Asia Pacific offer a wide variety of options as specialty chemicals and food ingredients, such as additives, special solvents, intermediates, processing aids, special fillers, pigments, food flavors, fragrances, ingredients and others. Key industries we serve include adhesives, plastics, coatings, construction, personal care, home care, food, health care, nutrition, pharmaceutical and industrial performance. Both Asian entities are part of the TER Group, a leading German-based chemical trading and distribution Company.
