We are a traditional Czech manufacturer of reinforced polyethylene films, also known as laminated films. These are flat textiles made from high-strength HDPE woven strips coated with LDPE. Depending on the intended use of the films, additives such as UV stabilizers, color concentrates, flame retardants, etc. are added. We offer several variants of film designs (color, coating thickness, types of fabrics). It always depends on the customer's requirements, so do not hesitate to contact us with your requests. We can supply the film in rolls or offer further processing in the form of sewing or hot air bonding. All our films, thanks to the reinforced mesh, are characterized by high mechanical strength. Laminated films can be used in a temperature range from -50°C to +70°C. When using them, it is necessary to maintain a minimum distance of 1 meter from the heat source. When using the films, it is important to avoid contact with chemicals that are aggressive to polyethylene, such as diesel, gasoline, toluene, lubricating oils, paints and varnishes, sulfuric and nitric acids, halogens, or chlorinated hydrocarbons. Be careful with contact with acidic fertilizers, pesticides, insecticides, and similar substances. We are a traditional Czech company and have extensive experience.
