I got bitten by the supbug a few years ago and the supFEVER has never disappeared. I have always been very enthusiastic and fanatical about the sports I have practiced (boxing, cycling, running,...) and that is also the case with SUP. What started as a trip on the Veerse Meer the very first time has grown into 5 training sessions per week in winter and summer. In the meantime, I have participated in various competitions in Belgium and abroad, including the Glagla race in France, the 11 cities tour in Friesland (220km), and the Yukon river quest is on the schedule for 2021. It is mainly the versatility of this sport that has fueled my passion. SUP is fun, fun ... and more FUN!!!! A tour alone or in a group, interval and technique training on days when you feel like going hard, enjoying the peace and quiet of the water, feeling connected to nature,… It is every time anew an experience that you never get tired of because the locations, the current, the weather conditions, the material surprises and fascinates you every time. Ultimately, it is about a healthy mind in a healthy body and that is what SUP offers!!
