Each SummersCaps Welding Cap is constructed from 17 individually and precisely cut pieces. Only the highest quality, 100% Cotton is used (all fabric and supplies Made in the USA). Fabric is prewashed, dried, then ironed. Cap pieces are cut, ranging from size 6 3/4 to 8 1/4 by 1/8 inch increments. After construction, caps are washed and dried a second time, lightly steamed for aesthetics, then double-checked for perfect sizing before shipment. We do not offer refunds but we’re happy to remake an order if a sizing fault is ours. We offer a Rush Order option as well as Custom Embriodery. We are beyond willing to custom make any design request, usually for no extra charge. We just truly enjoy uniqueness and bringing outside ideas to life. If you can think it, we can create it.
