SPS Italiana Pack Systems

Founded in 1964 by Pietro Fioravanti under the name Italianapack, SPS Italiana Pack Systems rejoined the PFM Group in October 2003. In 2006, Roberto and Marco Vicario joined the company as partners and managerial leaders to continue and strengthen the company’s vocation in high-speed automatic packaging. The production facility is located in the province of Novara. SPS specializes in the production of automatic packaging systems for baked goods and chocolate-based products. The company is strongly focused on the international market with clients and installations on five continents. SPS designs and builds automatic intake and sorting systems for products coming from process lines, a wide range of portioning and automatic loading systems, high-speed horizontal packaging machines for products to be packaged in flow-pack, and accessories to complete the lines. Furthermore, SPS stands out in the production of filling machines for single or bi-colored creams and their related automatic feeding systems. The continuous commitment and constant determination of all company departments, the updating of technical offices, and investments in research and development (which amount to 3% of annual turnover) have led SPS to achieve significant results in terms of product development: today the company produces automatic lines applying the most advanced technological levels in the sector and positioning itself at the top of the production of packaging lines. The commercial and technical offices, the production department, and post-sales assistance, together with the PFM group's branches around the world, are structured to respond very quickly to customer needs, both to develop new projects and to serve existing lines. The turnover in recent years continues to show growth, demonstrating the good work done.
