Journaling Saved Me?? I've always been a writer. As a teen, writing was my outlet. Today as I progress on my spiritual journey, I have recalled my old habits of writing and creating. The moment I open a new journal, the pages fill up almost immediately. I find that it's not just emotions that flow through the pen but also my experiences. When I write, I connect to parts of myself that has a lot to say. I connect to the places within that hold answers to my life's questions. Writing has been a way for me to channel and express what's relevant and most necessary in my life, SELF DISCOVERY. Who am I? What did I come here to do? What's keeping me from my destiny?
