Its founder Mohamed Salah BERGAOUI, a water treatment engineer graduated from the École Nationale Supérieure de Chimie de Rennes (France), has been operating in the water treatment sector since 1978 and was for about fifteen years the Technical Director of a leading company in the profession (NAKI).
